Who Was Where When?

After having a meal and organising rooms, Bodush and Telfis go to the market to sell the over flowing carts contents to the local shopkeepers.
Thanks to Bodush’s incredible charisma and Telfis’ clever haggling, they manage to get 14672gp in total for everything excluding the items that Eolar had earlier separated.
Those few things can easily be sold later.
It’ll be difficult to divide up the profits though, as it’s become hard to remember who was present during which piece of profiteering.

That won't be difficult as Eolar has noted everything on a small piece of paper :) Will post the numbers this afternoon.

Thesis is amazed at Eolar's accounting prowess. Must be part of the basic training for all clerics of the big C.

PS: Your title could easily read "Who and What was Wer When?" and still make sense ;)

Eolar is impressed by the bargaining skills of Telfis and Bodush. This was a good price for the stuff!

Calculating in the appearances in the adventures when we put stuff on the cart:

Mendez: 0 :) (was always DMing)
Thesis: 1157.91
Durin: 1157.91
Kruddo: 2471.24
Bodush: 2471.24
Telfis: 2471.24
Eolar: 2471.24
Wer: 2248.13
Chen Yong: 223.11

Let's start the shopping spree!

Well if the Party's still hungry for gold, there's loads just waiting in a big pile inside the Derro lair!
As Durin misjudged: Billions!
But he wasn't far wrong.

Durin's buying a buckler to wear on his forearm and up his AC. Even though he's wielding a two-handed weapon, he can still do this, although he'll take a -1 penalty to his hit rolls.

Joebroesel said...

Are you using a 2H weapon? Then that's correct and I hope you got a masterworks buckler. This would remove the check penalty :)

Also, while we're all about getting treasure and riches, I don't think we've got the appetite for genocide anymore, even if it is Derro-flavoured.

Hedzor said...

Unfortunately this is not correct.
If you use any melee weapon in that hand (even a two handed weapon) you don't get the bucklers AC bonus.
Only if you use it as a shield do you get any benefit.
This effectively means you lose your entire attack!
The purpose of bucklers is for crossbow and longbow users only.

Sven, are you sure about those numbers? Aside from the slaughter of the orcish settlement, what looting extravaganza was I absent for? Also, Mendez was with us during Dag's campaign - didn't we get some good loot from that, as well?

We put stuff onto the carts 3 times:
- Battle at the gnome settlement
- Grimes camp destruction
- Baileys camp

All the other loot was immediately distributed after the adventures.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I don't mix up Kruddo and Durin, you only were there against Bailey on the list above.

If by "Gnome settlement", you mean the scenario from "Seven samurai" that pitted us against 70+ orcs, assorted worgs, and some giants, I was definitely there - I argued for the building of defensive fortifications in that battle, and got my bitchin' Greataxe from the Calvera, the orcish chieftain.

If you mean the battle in the Gnomish mountain complex and subsequent aerial bombardment of the orcish horde attacking the elven outpost, I was there for that, too.

Sorry, my mistake. I've just checked and your share includes the gnomish battle against Calvera and the fight at Baileys camp. You missed out on the destruction of Grimes' camp.

There was nothing on the cart from Dag's adventure (aerial battle)

NEVER dispute the accounting skills of Eolar!
