The last lot and this one is still in "gold" though. I have an enduring worry though - namely that if I keep everything in gems on me I'm going to get robbed at some point - at least I could use it for a while if it was a magic item.

But for now, I shall convert (with 5% commission)RoboGeekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00979358871848745259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808106293896831146.post-27787554861892207862008-10-15T13:26:00.000+01:002008-10-15T13:26:00.000+01:00Agreed.Agreed.Hedzorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03608476268218419081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808106293896831146.post-14378873129560137882008-10-15T13:21:00.000+01:002008-10-15T13:21:00.000+01:00Eolar is just on the way to the dwarf shop that se...Eolar is just on the way to the dwarf shop that sells all these nice and most importanly very light gems. Want to come with me?

Kirk, did we finally drop the 5% rule? I still think it's a good idea as the advantages of having gems is quite big, weight-wise. But I would say you have to pay 5% commission to the dwarf in order to get them. This way it's easier to use them as currency. So to get a 1000gp ruby you have to spend 1050gp and afterwards can use them like money.Joebroeselhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08203854100078364588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808106293896831146.post-902453659421804682008-10-15T13:08:00.000+01:002008-10-15T13:08:00.000+01:00Got to have a way of spending some of this money n...Got to have a way of spending some of this money now --- or I might just buy a chest a shovel and a piece of parchment on which to draw a map.RoboGeekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00979358871848745259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808106293896831146.post-88112288538075646572008-10-15T12:59:00.000+01:002008-10-15T12:59:00.000+01:00I don't mind facing'A few more dragons here and th...I don't mind facing
'A few more dragons here and there THAT can't hurt.'
;)Hedzorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03608476268218419081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808106293896831146.post-49682633263800936992008-10-15T12:54:00.000+01:002008-10-15T12:54:00.000+01:00So that means 4166.67gp per person!
